You can insert an image saved on your computer or from website. After inserting an image, you can zoom in and out, format border lines, and apply effects.
Insert an image from your computer
- Place a cursor where you want to insert an image.
- Click Insert-Image or click the Image icon on the Menu Bar.
- Click the button to search a file under Computer on the Insert Image dialog box.
- Browse the image file, select it and then click Open in the dialog box.
- Click Insert on the Insert Image dialog box.
Insert an image from website
- Place a cursor where you want to insert an image.
- Click Insert-Image or click the Image icon on the Menu Bar.
- Click the Web Address button on the Insert Image dialog box.
- Enter web address in the Web Address field or paste the address copied from website.
- Click Insert on the Insert Image dialog box.

Computer
Open the Open dialog box. Select a file from your storage.
Web Address
Insert a picture by typing a web address.

Insert the selected file into the document.
Open Dialog Box
Find in
You can select a drive or folder you want and move to the folder that has the file to open. Or, type the name of a drive or folder in File Name.
File Name
Type the path or name of the file to open.
File Type
Select the type of file you want to open.
Open Button
Open a file you have selected.
Advanced Usage
Drag & drop images
Click to select an image file saved in your computer and drag it to the editing document. You can easily add images to your document using your mouse without access to the Menu Bar or Title Bar.
