To change layout of a PivotTable, drag items to the location you want in the PivotTable task pane.
Modifying PivotTable Configuration
- Select any cells within a PivotTable.
- Check the fields entered in each area in the PivotTable task pane.
- To move location of a field, drag and drop it to other area.
To add a field, select a field from the Select fields to add to the report list, and then drag and drop it to other area. - The PivotTable in the worksheet is reconfigured each time a field location is changed.
