Shortcuts are used with <CTRL>, <ALT> or <SHIFT> to run specific functions by pressing the corresponding English key. For shortcuts such as <CTRL+Key 1, Key 2> which have three keys combined, press <CTRL> and <Key 1> at the same time and then press <Key 2> to run the function.
Please note that the following shortcuts may behave differently depending on the browser you use because each browser has a different shortcut for a function.
Depending on the device you use, the following shortcuts may not work properly.
Caution
Browser shortcuts override others
If the shortcut provided by the application conflicts with the browser’s default shortcut, the browser shortcut takes precedence. For example, if you press <CTRL+N> in Chrome, the Chrome function shortcut <CTRL+N> takes precedence and opens a new window in Chrome instead of running the function in Online Office.

Notes
Using function keys in the macOS operating system
Depending on the macOS operating system configuration, you may need to press the Fn function key together when using the shortcuts. If the macOS shortcuts provided on this page do not work properly, try pressing the Fn key together, such as 'Fn+F7'.
You can change the use of the Fn key in the macOS configuration settings. If you do not want to press the Fn key each time you use the shortcuts, you can change the relevant options in configuration settings.
