When you add a new slide, the title and content layouts are added by default and you can choose various layouts based on the content.
Depending on the layout type, the number, type, position, and orientation of the placeholder are automatically applied so that you can easily create a document without having to configure the contents separately.
Apply slide layout
- Select a slide and click Edit-Change Layout.
Or right-click in the edit window and select Layout in the context menu.
Or right-click the thumbnail in the Slide View Window and select Layout in the context menu. - The layout image collection expands to show the layout types.
- Select a layout to apply it to the current slide.
